NODE has expertise in design, construction, development, clean energy, manufacturing and aerospace. Our team and partners are working to create a new way to put homes together. We call it The Kit. Of course, we have to meet all building codes and our sustainability metrics – and on top of that, bring the cost of construction down.
We’re prototyping our kit on site and looking for developers to partner with to create repeating designs. This will allow us manufacturing efficiency to bring the cost down. After we bring the cost down, we’ll bring it to home owners and land owners directly.
